Sanjay Sharma is an accomplished choreographer with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has trained under some of the most renowned names in the field and has worked on numerous high-profile projects in India and abroad. Sanjay is known for his ability to blend traditional and contemporary dance styles, creating unique and visually stunning performances. He has also choreographed for several Bollywood films and has been a judge on various dance reality shows. Sanjay is committed to sharing his passion for dance with the world and has established a dance academy where he trains aspiring dancers.

Sanjay is a renowned artist of Charkula Folk dance, born on February 17, 1977, in Braj in an ordinary farmer family. He demonstrated interest in local tradition and folk dances of BRAJ region since his childhood. Sanjay Kumar Sharma started his journey to preserve and promote the dying art of Charkula Folk form around the world after taking formal training from his Guru ji Shri Pt. Murari lal Sharma. He is the inspiration behind promoting Charkula dance and Charkula Arts Academy. He has trained 1700 students in Brij folk dance at Safai Uttar Pradesh. In 2016, Pt. Sanjay Kumar Sharma was awarded the Folk award – Singapore for his valuable contribution to Charkula Folk dance, and in 2017, he was awarded Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Samman & Sangeet Natak Academy award for his contribution in Show Direction and Show Choreography field of Indian folk dance. He and his group have performed and participated in various prestigious National and international events such as the Asian summit, Kehlo India school game, and the Investor summit. He has participated in festivals and programs such as the Taj Mahotsav, Bharat Utsav, and Commonwealth games Queen Baton Relay Delhi 2010.
